We've had our Murphy Wall-Bed for three months and are extremely happy with it.
The ordering, customer service and delivery process was excellent. The people at
Murphy Wall-Beds are wonderful to deal with. The bed works well and looks great.
Our guests tell us they have been very comfortable. Because delivery is just to
front door, we hired Micro Moves Vancouver to unload the shipping crate and
bring all the components to our third floor walk up condo. During assembly
process, as noted in instructions, you will need two strong people to lift the
front panel unit to the lift mechanism. Assembly took us somewhat longer than
expected but it all came together well. I recommend Murphy Wall-Beds.

I think the customer service elements of Murphy Wall-Beds take the cake. Our
custom bed was SO easy to put together online, and we appreciated the
transparent communication about shipping policies and timelines. The build
however was not as simple as we thought. We learned that professional grade
tools are incredibly important when assembling a murphy bed. We left some of the
slats could have been sent a bit more prepared (we spend countless hours just
drilling screws and attaching bits); and then attaching the bed to the spring
and lifting the bed parts were ridiculous and quite dangerous for the
recommended two people. We spent several hours over the course of one week to
complete our build. The bed itself is excellent - you can open and close the
bed; it all flows incredibly smoothly and looks fantastic!

A really good experience. The sales staff helped a lot to arrange the special
shipping to us. The packaging was fantastic and everything arrived in perfect
order. Assembly instructions combined with the explanation videos on the site
made assembling the bed straightforward with minimal questioning. During
assembly we were glad to have our son nearby to lift the frame onto the
mechanism though since we are a mature couple. Other than that it went really
well. The final product is great to look at and so easy to close the bed or open
it when needed. We are thoroughly pleased with the final result. Thanks so much
for a great product!

Superior customer service EVERY time I contacted the office based in Canada. The
quality of my bed’s material and hardware is far superior than any Murphy bed I
saw in person in my Dallas Fort Worth, TX area. I’m extremely pleased. My only
disappointment is that I designed it to have a wardrobe for guests to hang
clothing. I chose a 16” width addition. The shipment didn’t include the hanging
bar. When I called customer service I was informed that the 16” width was too
narrow for the closet bar or hangers to fit so shelves were shipped instead. I
wish I was contacted about this issue before shipping. I would have then changed
the dimensions of the side addition since the wardrobe was important to me.
Everyone is so nice, I couldn’t get upset.

We are very happy with our Murphy Wall Bed. We bought the bed with an attached
desk. The assembly was actually quite fun, but it did require a couple of days
to complete everything - the bed, two side shelve components, and the desk. We
would buy this bed again. The finish of the furniture is beautiful. We ordered

We added a mother in law suite to our home for a partial year live in parent.
The Murphy bed was an obvious choice for us since the room would only have a
guest 3months out if the year allowing us to save space for a quilting studio
the rest of the year. The quality of the bed and the assembly
instructions/YouTube videos is very high. The bed is rated for 2000lbs and is
easy to pull down and re-stow again. Highly recommend this bed manufacturer with
full confidence.

Very good products. Proudly Canadian (I'm from Montrea). Shipping was really
fast and be able to do it all by myself in two days. Manual instructions can be
improved. A piece was damage and has been replaced in a week.

Amazingly easy, fast shipping, and excellent communication about the order and
delivery. The instructional assembly videos were so helpful! Our only challenge
was the curbside delivery - it took me two hours to uncrate the shipping box in
the street and then carry the pieces into the house!

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would! I am a returning customer.
I ordered a Murphy Bed from them years ago, before they used the steel frames in
their kits. Even back then it worked out great, that is why on my new project I
ordered from them again; this time with the newer upgraded kit. I have to say
that the kit is very high quality but even the quality of the kit cannot surpass
the quality of the people that work there. The customer service is a model for
all companies. Everyone I talked to was so nice on the phone and I can tell they
truly wanted to help in any way they could. And they did! What they did for me
was above and beyond what I could have expected. I could go on of course but all
I can say is that if you do business with Murphy Beds you will not be
dissapointed. Guaranteed!
