FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are some of the frequently asked questions submitted by our first-time and
regular how-they-work.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GASS DEVICE TO ARRIVE ONCE ORDERED?

Turnaround time is 5-21 days after receiving the order depending on number of
devices ordered and current workload. Orders are generally services within 3
days, in the post by day 4 and in your hands by day 5.
Delivered Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For.


HOW DO I TOP UP?

Each GASS Device comes pre-supplied and fitted with a 24-month, 24GB Sim Card.
Thats 1gb per month - most users won't need anymore data unless sending and/or
receiving lots of media downloads such as He-Resolution images or videos. If you
do find you need more data, the quickest and easiest way is at your local Argos
- where data-only prepaid sims can be purchased over the counter. Nothing will
change on your phone - it will be exactly the same as before - all your contacts
and communications will work as before. Note: Optional PGP SMS Messaging does
not work with the a prepaid data-only Sim Card.


WHAT IF I LOSE MY GASS PHONE?

Unfortunately we cannot help and there is nothing that can be done. These
devices are designed to be secure and obscure. There is no tracking
capabillities and location/GPS is disabled in multiple locations throughout the
Phones OS. Make sure you write down your Bitcoin and Monero wallet seeds, you
can use the seed to recover your wallet and restore all your coins. In order to
do that you will need a replacement Gass Device. Order another one as soon as
possible - return customers get 10%. Any order of 3 devies or more also
revceives 10% off.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DEVICE IS FAULTY?

We handle fault claims on a case by case basis. Please get in touch and send a
video of the device when it hits the fault. We offer a 3-month back-to-base
warranty on all devices. If the device has been damaged by accident or
otherwise, we will charge for repairs - each repair job will be priced based on
what needs to be done and a free quote with price, given before any works are
carried out.
