   Our farmers and farm shops are so very important. For food security,
   countryside management and environment stewardship, and a whole host of other
   reasons. Farm shops seem to be chiming with a whole new audience since
   lockdown, especially Gen Z and Millennials who discovered them during this
   time, finding them a refreshing antidote to supermarkets. Taylor Dunn was so
   inspired by the people he met in the industry, and their stories, that he
