80s EXPRESS heißt das neue Liveprojekt von BLIND PASSENGER-Frontmann NIK PAGE
für das er eine hochkarätig international besetzte Band formierte um die Pop- &
Wave-Klassikern der goldenen Achtziger mit dicken Beats und maximalem
Entertainment-Faktor auf die Bühne zu bringen.






Mit 80s EXPRESS werden Hits von NEW ORDER, DEPECHE MODE, DEAD OR ALIVE, THE
SISTERS OF MERCY, CAMOUFLAGE, DIE ÄRZTE, THE HUMAN LEAGUE, TEARS FOR FEARS,
EURYTHMICS, SOFT CELL, SIMPLE MINDS und vielen anderen Kultbands neu zum klingen
gebracht, ebenso wie Klassiker der NEUEN DEUTSCHEN WELLE (GOLDENER REITER, MAJOR
TOM, TERRA TITANIC, EISBÄR u.v.a.).



Die Coverversionen der international besetzten Glam-Pop-Band werden nicht im
typischen 0815-(Top40)-Rockband-Stil präsentiert, sondern modern produziert,
elektronisch und äußerst tanzbar, ohne den besonderen Charme und die markanten
Elemente der Originale einzubüßen.

Die Liveshows von 80s EXPRESS sind eine Zeitreise in das goldene Jahrzehnt der
Pop-Musik, eine verdammt unterhaltsame Tanzparty, aber vor allem ein Garant für
ein durchgeschwitztes und heiseres Publikum.
