Conference Learning Outcomes
 1. Eighty percent of the attendees will identify at least one way they will
    change their practice in caring for the most vulnerable in relation to
    Racial and Social Justice issues related to health.
 2. Attendees will discuss the public healthcare response and interprofessional
    education required to address vulnerable populations.
 3. Attendees will identify barriers to racial/social justice through discussion
    of national policy or legislative initiatives that affect vulnerable
    populations.

WHAT CONTINUING EDUCATION IS OFFERED? Continuing Education will be provided for
Nurses, Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors and Psychologists

University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is accredited as a
provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Nursing is
approved by the Texas State Board of Socials Workers Examiners to provide Social
Worker CE.

Centralized Training Infrastructure for Evidence Based Practices is an approved
provider by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors
