NIRVIK

Nirvik was formed as a wellness platform in 2018 and has so far focused on
psychological therapy, psychiatry and stress induced physical issues mostly.  We
were also part of a few local and international events on social awareness
campaigns.

At Nirvik, we want to focus in key health areas both mental & physical by which
a person can benefit on a 360 degree manner. As we believe that the mind is as
much of an integral part of ours as physical elements, catering and treating
both is a must for better well-being.

Due to the global pandemic currently engulfing all of us, we are facing a
plethora of mental, physical, nutritional and social issues which were not so
prevalent a couple of years ago. We, at Nirvik, intend to provide a bit of a
solace to our clientele by offering a wide range of services that would be
beneficial for all segments of the market when it comes to health services.

We hope to have our own wellness center within the year 2024 if not earlier.

WHAT IS WELLNESS?



Wellness is a state of high-level health. Every decision one makes in a day
would effect the wellness of that individual either positively or negatively.

Dimensions of wellness:

1.Physical : Refers to how well one’s body functions. Healthy- you are able to
carry out everyday tasks without becoming tired & worn down.

2.Mental : State of being comfortable with yourself, others, & your
surroundings. Healthy – mind is alert, learn from mistakes, recognize
achievements.

3.Emotional : How you react to events in your life. Healthy – feelings you feel
are appropriate responses to events in your life.

4.Social : How well you get along with others. Healthy – loving relationships,
respect the rights of others, being able to keep friends, give & accept help.

5.Spiritual  : Status of your relationship with God. Healthy – You make time for
Him each & everyday, He is your best friend, He is #1 in your life. The sad
thing is that this one is probably our weakest dimensions for many people.
