TERRI WALSH

Terri Walsh is the creator of the Active Resistance Training® Method, a
celebrity personal trainer, and a 40-year veteran of the fitness industry in
NYC. She now continues her personal training sessions online as well as teaches
livestream fitness classes exclusively since her move to Costa Rica in 2014.

Terri was the first Creative Director of Programming at Crunch Fitness and she
also headlined five different shows on Crunch Fitness’ ESPN2, including
“Washboard Abs” videos. She created the “Yoga Block Workouts,” which were
featured in Self, Women’s Health, Shape, Crunch Gyms, and many more. Terri is an
ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Specialist. She’s been
interviewed, quoted, and featured in numerous beauty, fashion, print, and
television media for the length of her continuing career.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING – HOW DOES IT WORK?

Terri Walsh has been a Celebrity Personal Trainer for 35 years. She has been
working solely remotely using Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, FB Messenger video
since 2014. She can talk you through learning the technical ropes so you can
experience her expertise in a new way via online personal training. You’ll get
complete and focused attention, stable appointments, customized always evolving
programming, and incredible results. You’ll be camera-ready all the time and
ever ready to continue to meet the challenges your life and career presents.

Here’s How It Works:

– Fill out the consultation form. Receive an appointment.
– Meet for a consultation and fitness assessment, measurements and discussion of
your needs, goals and expectations.

– Terri will create an entirely customized fitness program based entirely on
you.
– You will meet a minimum of 2-4x weekly. More available or special events and
circumstances like weddings, events, photoshoots, and movie prep can be
accommodated please inquire.
– You will be measured weekly with stats recorded in a solo private Facebook
group with you and Terri.
– You will receive Terris EatWell High-Protein recipe book to start off your
meal planning.
– You will post your meal pics and have a running record of your entire
experience.

– Fitness trackers, like FitBit are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and provide Terri with
invaluable data to finetune your programming to maximize your experience and
drill down into cardiovascular health, obesity prevention and stabilization of
blood sugar.

– Sessions are purchased in 20 session packages only.
– Monthly retainer yearly contracts are available after a minimum of (3) 20
session packages have been completed.

FITNESS COACHING – HOW DOES IT WORK?

Zoom Monthly Fitness Coaching with Terri Walsh is a great cost-effective way to
get all the advice, programming, and accountability you need at a fraction of
the cost of private one/one personal training.

Here’s how it works:

– Fill out a consultation form, and you’ll be contacted to make your
appointment.
– Receive a 60-minute consultation and fitness assessment, including
measurements (if desired) and a discussion of your goals.
– Receive access to the Livestream classes. You must be familiar with Zoom
conferencing software.
– Receive access to the ART All-Access Membership, where you’ll access more
workouts that will make up your program.

– Every week, you meet with Terri via zoom for a 60-minute training session and
a discussion of the prior week’s events. Terri will adapt your programming or
meal plan for the coming week if necessary.

– Receive the recipe & meal plan PDF ebook EatWell – High Protein that you will
use to ensure you cover all the bases nutritionally.

– Terri is available for questions anytime via FB messenger, WhatsApp, or
Instagram.

– A computer, smartphone, or tablet is required for coaching & personal training
sessions.
– Zoom or other streaming video conferencing platform is required to participate
in coaching & personal training sessions.

– 2 foam yoga blocks.

Space Required:
Your mat and that’s it!

– All workouts are designed to be done comfortably in a small NYC apartment.
There’s no jumping or high impact or loud music so your neighbors will never

– Personal Training packages expire 1 year from purchase.
– Coaching packages expire every 30 days. Sessions are not carried over, and if
rescheduled they must be within the same month.

– With 24-hour cancellation, every effort will be made to make up your session
