When We Are Closed

If you need medical help for non-life threatening conditions when your surgery
is closed, call NHS 111 or visit your local pharmacy.

Alternatively, you can go to:
Crawley Urgent Treatment Centre,
Crawley Hospital, West Green Drive,
Crawley, RH11 7DH,
01293 600300 ext 4141

24 hours, 365 days a year, including Christmas day – Urgent Care for when it’s
Not An Emergency.

111 Service
Alternatively, you can access urgent assistance by calling NHS 111 (this is a
free service available 24 hours every day). A triage nurse will assess your
situation and take appropriate action. This could simply be by offering advice
or where necessary by making arrangements for you to be seen by a doctor.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking
to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery
re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of
breath constitute an emergency.

Extended Access

Additional appointments are available from 4-8pm and on Saturdays (these can be
at other local surgery sites i.e Broadfield, Bewbush and Saxonbrook).
