Here's an easy breakdown of the pass types available.

 * All-Access Pass
 * An All-Access Pass includes access to all Keynote sessions, Featured
   sessions, networking programs, Exhibitor Big Ideas, the Expo floor, the
   Opening Party and more.

 * Retail Teams
 * Retail teams (3 or more retailers registering from one company) get a big
   discount on All-Access Passes. Attend all session, the Expo, Opening Party
   and more. Rates are per person.

 * Expo Pass
 * The Expo Pass is for retailers and law enforcement only and includes access
   to the Expo, Exhibitor Big Ideas sessions, the Opening Party and numerous
   networking programs.

Exhibitors - Exhibitors must register their staff through the Exhibitor Resource
Center, which will open in March 2024. For exhibitor registration questions,

 * Companies with a business-to-business relationship with retailers are
   welcomed to exhibit or purchase an All-Access Pass.


EDUCATOR/STUDENT RATE

Individual All-Access Pass

 * Educator/student rate
 * $350

 * Attendees must provide a current school ID to pick up their badges.

 * This rate is open to any student attending an accredited public or private
   college, university or an online learning institution that offers degree
   programs at the bachelor level or higher. Educators' primary occupation must
   be instructing students in a public or private college or university, junior
   or community college, or career/vocational school.

PRESS

Individual All-Access Pass

 * FREE

 * All press registrations must be reviewed by NRF and approved as verified
   press.

 * To register as press, you must be a working member of the news media
   (editorial). All press registrations are subject to verification. You may
   register by contacting NRF’s media team at eventpress@nrf.com.

EXPO PASS

The Expo Pass provides access to 220+ solution providers and Expo programming
including Exhibitor Big Ideas, the NRF Fusion Center, Opening Party and more.

The Expo Pass is available to retailers and law enforcement only.
Non-retailers must purchase an All-Access pass to attend.


RETAILER EXPO PASS

 * Retailer Expo Pass
 * FREE

 * Retailers, restaurants, drug and convenience retailers, grocers, consumer
   services and CPGs are eligible to claim an Expo Pass at no charge.


LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPO PASS

 * Law Enforcement Expo Pass
 * FREE

 * Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies officers are eligible to
   attend. An agency ID is required to pick up an Expo Pass badge.

 


REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE


TERMS & CONDITIONS

 * Cancellations & Refunds
   All cancellation requests must be made in writing to registration@nrf.com.
   Requests received by May 24, 2023, will receive a full refund. There are no
   refunds for requests received after May 24, 2024, regardless of when the
   registration is received. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

 * Substitutions
   All requests for substitutions must be made in writing to
   registration@nrf.com and cannot be made after May 24, 2024.

 * Age Requirement
   No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend any part of the event under
   any circumstances.

 * If you are paying by check for registration, NRF must receive the check by
   May 10, 2024, in order to process payment. Contact registration@nrf.com for
   payment information.

   Companies that are NRF members receive discounted rates for NRF PROTECT and
   all other NRF events. For questions about NRF membership, please contact
   membershipinfo@nrf.com.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

 * Exhibitors must register their staff through the Exhibitor Resource Center,
   which will open in March 2024. Once on the main Portal page, simply click the
   “Registration & Lead Retrieval” link to begin the process. The primary
   contact on file will have the company’s login credentials. For exhibitor
   registration questions, please contact Ian Blackwood.

 * NRF is aware that exhibitors and attendees are solicited about purchasing
   NRF's lists. These emails and the attendee lists referenced in them are not
   validated, authorized or issued by NRF. NRF does not and has NEVER sold or
   rented attendee information. With today’s technology and algorithm
   capabilities, stopping list solicitations is impossible. NRF recommends not
   purchasing these lists or sharing credit card information with anyone who
   says they have our event lists.
