Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various medical settings, leading teams of psychologists and medical professionals, training students, and supporting healthcare providers in managing the unique demands of their roles. I believe that meaningful progress and lasting success stem from a strong therapeutic relationship paired with effective, evidence-based techniques. I am here to listen and also to guide you toward concrete and meaningful changes in your life. In addition to therapy services, I also provide psychological assessments for adults for diagnostic clarification (e.g., ADHD) and presurgical psychological evaluations.
