I order it on July 19, to surprise my wife, I got it on July 22nd after 12:30p
-2:30p, and I got home at 5:30p then I look at the box it look a little damaged.

July 28 night time try to Assemble it saw the bronice piece so I stop, call July
29th morning to explain to the agent then he said the fast way to replace it so
I said I want to return it said I have to wait for email 24 hours so when they
don't work on weekend. On Aug 1 I called and said I didn't get the email, the
lady was nice but had no idea, say she doesn't see the notes then I ask for the
manager then he said I shall get an email.
On Aug 3 in my junk mail I got the email I filled in and send it. Call on Aug 8
was told oh I am sorry we get a reply for the print label in 24 hours nothing
yet. I went on today Aug 11 on the chat they say oh did I sign for the box, who
sign for the box? I told them my brother who is in a wheelchair said put the box
by the Garage then he texts me saying something came for me. It's been 1-2-3-4
different agent, and manager, and now they telling me policy say I should reject
the box when it was delivered but I was not home and I didn't sign not my
brother did, I am now waiting for them to take it or replace to no broken
device. Still in the box, have not tried it out was interested to see but
unfortunately with a lack of returning it so hard? I Hope the replacement would
be easy?

Q: I'm interested in the Ninebot Segway S max. However, I don't like the
pneumatic tires. They're not as comfortable and smooth as airfilled tires. Is
there a way I can buy it with air filled tires?

A: pneumatic means air-filled. Were you referring to the S-Max using the GoKart
Pro racing tires as opposed to the Ninebot S tires? Unfortunately, this is the
only way the S-Max is sold in North America.
