User name and password

Your email address is your username – this is useful to remember. Enter your
email address and the password you created when you registered.

In order to use Spendency, you must have received an invitation from your
company administrator.

Secure login using an app on your phone

Spendency uses a two-factor security solution. Two factors means that as a user,
you have both a personal password and an independent code from an app on your
cell phone as identification.

You have installed the “Duo Mobile” app on your phone. Open the application and
look for a single-use code for Spendency. A code is valid for 30 seconds. A code
is valid for a few seconds after the app on your cell phone has switched to a
new code. If you are unsure, just enter the next code instead.



After a number of failed attempts to enter a code, the account will be locked
for 15 minutes as a security precaution. This is so that no unauthorized person
will be able to guess your codes.

If you have a new phone, you must re-establish the tying from Spendency to the
app in your new phone. Go here to receive help: New phone

We recommend the use of “Duo Mobile”, but there are other similar apps. Maybe
you chose to use Google Authenticator when you created your account?

New phone

If you have a new phone, you must re-establish the association between Spendency
and the app in your new phone. First, log in using your email address and
password. Them click the link “New phone” when you are asked to enter a code
from the app.

In order to reset your tied phone, we need to know that it is you making the
request. We will start by sending an SMS to your phone using the number you
entered when you registered.

If you have not registered a telephone number, we will instead send an email to
your company administrator, who will be able to help you.

Common problems

You need to have set the time and date on your phone. Double check that you have
the correct time zone, time and date.

Forgotten password

We can help you in creating a new password. Enter your email address and we will
send you an email containing a link that you can open in your internet browser
to create a new password.

The link is valid for 1 hour.

If you haven’t received an email within a couple of minutes, this may be because
the email address entered is not registered in Spendency. If you are unsure
about the email address that has been registered for your Spendency user, please
contact your local administrator.
