WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING FOR A LANDS’ END CREDIT CARD?



To apply for the Lands’ End® Credit Card Program, you must:

 * Be the age of majority in your state or territory
 * Have a U.S. Mailing Address
 * Have a U.S. Social Security Number
 * Have a street, rural route, or APO/FPO mailing address (no P.O. Box
   addresses)
 * Have a valid, government-issued photo ID

I HAVE A P.O. BOX INSTEAD OF A PHYSICAL ADDRESS; CAN I STILL APPLY?



The USA PATRIOT Act requires all credit applicants to provide a physical street
address. Therefore, an application must be processed using a physical address.
Should you need to update your address after approval, you can contact Customer
Care for assistance at 1-844-271-2663 (Lands’ End Card), 1-800-934-7835 (Lands’
End® Visa) or 1-877-876-7840 (Lands’ End® Visa Signature) (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-

WHO ISSUES THE LANDS’ END® CREDIT CARD?



Lands’ End® credit card is issued by Comenity Capital Bank.

I WAS RECENTLY APPROVED FOR THE LANDS’ END® CREDIT CARD. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY
CARD?



Congratulations! You will receive your Lands’ End® credit card within 7–10
business days of application.

IF I APPLY AND AM APPROVED FOR THE LANDS’ END® CREDIT CARD, WILL I BE ABLE TO
USE IT THAT DAY?



Yes. Once approval is received, the card is automatically applied to the
landsend.com order that is currently in progress or is begun after receiving
approval and before leaving landsend.com. Going forward, you will need to wait
to receive the physical card to make future purchases online, in store, or by
phone with a call center representative.

WHAT ARE THE CREDIT CARD BENEFITS?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PAYMENT REQUIRED?



Required payment information can be found in your Credit Card Agreement and on
your billing statement.

CAN I PAY MY LANDS’ END® CREDIT CARD PROGRAM ACCOUNT BALANCE BY USING MY
PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING WEBSITE?



Yes. Your Lands’ End account number and payment address will be on your
statement, allowing you to set up payments through your bank. Please be sure to
allow 5 business days for the payment to post.

CAN I ADD THE LANDS’ END® CREDIT CARD AS A PAYMENT OPTION TO MY PAYPAL OR VISA
CHECKOUT ACCOUNTS?



Yes, but our website cannot recognize a Lands’ End® Credit Card when used as
payment through PayPal or Visa Checkout because of the credit card security
encryption these services provide, and we will be unable to award you no
minimum, free standard shipping for that order (you will still earn 5 points per
$1 on purchases at LE stores or landsend.com). To receive no minimum, free
standard shipping with your Lands’ End® Credit Card, please use the credit card
payment option during checkout instead of PayPal or Visa Checkout.
