automatically to the registered email.

LEAVE MANAGEMENT

This feature allows employees to input leave with their mobile phones and
employees can view leave information such as leave rights, remaining leave,
leave taken and others.

ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT

This feature allows employees to take absences with just a selfie using a mobile
phone. This feature also allows employees to view logs and summary of their
attendance.

E-LEARNING

With this feature, employees can do exams, practice, read and watch material
videos using only their mobile phones. This feature also allows automatic
creation of exam certificates.

PERSONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

This feature allows employees to manage and access personal information as well
as employee information in an organized manner.


DCT CARGO

REPORTS

This feature is used to retrieve cargo operational reports with filters such as
order date, execution date, order type and order status.

MASTER DATA

This feature is used by cargo admin to register operational master data such as
cities, ports, entities and cargo personnel.

CLOSING ORDER

This feature is used by cargo admin to close processed order.

CANCEL ORDER

This feature is used by cargo admin to cancel order.

ORDER MONITORING

This feature is used by cargo admin to monitor orders that being processed by
cargo custody.

RECEIVE ORDER

This feature is used by cargo admin to input orders based on client request,
which later when approved, a notification will appear on android cargo to be
processed immediately by cargo custody.

HELPDESK REPORT

This feature allow user to export ticket into a report in XLS format with the
specified filter.

TICKET PRIORITY

This feature serves to determine priority for ticket processing start from low,
medium and high priority.

TICKET STATUS

This feature serves to inform the status of the ticket starting from new ticket,
ticket are being worked on, ticket that are being held and ticket have been
completed.

USER RATING

With this feature, user can provide feedback on their user experience using a
user rating system. this feature allows you to track the level of user
satisfaction due to ticket completion.

SLA MANAGEMENT

With the service level agreement feature the user can determine the deadline for
how long the ticket must be completed.

HELPDESK DASHBOARD

This feature is used to see the performance of helpdesk workers starting from
the total tickets, response speed, closed ticket according to the SLA.

NOTIFICATION ALERT

This feature serves to notify the helpdesk worker if there is a new ticket and
notify the user if there any reply.

EMAIL INTEGRATION

This feature, you can monitor and inform if there is an open ticket, close
ticket, reply message ticket and ticket in the form of an email message.

TICKET MANAGEMENT

This feature is process of recording and organizing issue or user complaints, it
can help to track the progress of problem and who is responsible.

This Feature is used to view master data about Teacher, Students, as well as
transaction data such as Student Attendance, Teacher Lesson Schedule, etc.

With this feature, parents can monitor students and see how students are
progressing.

REPORT

With this feature, parents can see student report cards that have been given by
