37 DEEP WATER BAY

37 Deep Water Bay, called “The Dream House”, was built in 1998 and still remains
one of Hong Kong's most expensive single house residences. Designed in the
Neoclassical style, it incorporates soaring Corinthian columns, decorative
cornices, crowning balustrades and elaborate ornamentation. There is a formal
entrance and grand staircase, six spacious bedrooms, a sweeping dining room, two
kitchens and games room, all decorated in antique French Oak floors, German
timber-framed windows and handpicked European marble. The grounds include a
23-metre swimming pool with an inlaid Bisazza mosaic design and nautilus-shell
fountains.



BLUEWATER

Bluewater, located in Tai Tam, is a low-density residence of gracious living on
the south side of Hong Kong Island, offering generous proportions, ornate
finishes, discreet privacy and simple elegance. Built in 1997, Bluewater made
history as the most expensive residential building of its kind and the first
with floor-to-ceiling picture windows in all principal rooms. The 25-metre
infinity pool encrusted with Italian mosaics was also a first for a residential
development. There are only 14 sumptuous flats, each with its own lift lobby.
With over 10-foot ceilings, Bluewater enjoys stunning and unobstructed views of

ONE ST. THOMAS

One St. Thomas, a grand luxury apartment building located in the heart of
Toronto, Canada, is reminiscent of North America's epic structures of the
pre-war era. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern, an internationally renowned
architect and Dean of the Yale School of Architecture, One St. Thomas rises 29

THE PUTMAN

National Properties expanded its expertise in creating unique and luxurious
residential and commercial developments to the hospitality sector in 2007 with
the opening of The Putman, designed by the world-renowned Andrée Putman. The
Putman offers spacious boutique hotel apartments for discerning guests who are
looking for assured comfort, space and style in a central location. The unique
art deco-inspired multi-colour glass façade provides twenty-five full-floor
suites with private dual-lift lobbies and three studio units. Each of the 1,300
sq ft one-bedroom suites is complemented by proper living and dining facilities,

shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the suite, allowing for a

50 CONNAUGHT ROAD CENTRAL

50 Connaught Road Central, a luxury commercial property designed by preeminent
architect Robert A.M. Stern is located in Hong Kong's most prominent business
