Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with research focusing on resilience
practices and on-the-job development of leaders.

Stephanie’s expertise is in HR process improvement, scaling teams, employee
relations and compliance, and she has guided multiple companies through phases
of dynamic growth and change. Her experiences in the healthcare and criminal
justice sectors greatly influenced her approach to transparent leadership and
instilled her dedication to promoting fair and just cultures. She is a champion
for people, healthy organizational cultures, IDEA, and simply doing the right
thing.


JORDAN ROHLFING

Employment Law Attorney, DeWitt LLP

Panelist

Jordan is an active member of DeWitt’s Litigation, Labor & Employment Relations,
and Background Screening practice groups. Jordan regularly counsels employers on
day-to-day employment issues from hiring to termination. She drafts employment
agreements containing post-employment restrictive covenants and prepares
employee handbooks. She frequently helps employers with difficult termination
decisions and advises employers on whether to utilize severance agreements.

Natalie is an experienced in-house lawyer with expertise in commercial, privacy
and AI law. She was most recently at Intrinsic as Head of Commercial and Privacy
Legal, where she negotiated AI contracts and counseled teams on how to
responsibly vet, buy and use AI systems. She is motivated by helping businesses
utilize cutting-edge technology while doing right by their users. Natalie is
currently on sabbatical recharging for her next adventure.
