The work was completed in two days, as proposed. Our concerns were for good dust control from jackhammering for the drainage trench. There was excellent dust control in all areas. The trench workmanship was excellent and there was creative preservation of the basement stairs and existing floor column. The penetration through the stone wall went very well for the sump pump discharge. Very good work by Ryan and Des, and good cleanup.We had our annual check by Connor. He was very thorough, cleaning the pumps and the sump. Everything works properly and the stone walls are dryer. There was no water running across the floor this year.
