   I stayed at these apartments for two years and there was Horrible mice
   infestation I would consistently tell the staff working at the complex about
   this ongoing issue, and ask them to resolve it but they didn't acknowledge
   this issue and wouldn't hear my concerns. I had complained multiple times
   about this, The mice would run through the complex buildings. If there was a
   maintenance Issue they wouldn't get it fixed right away and I would
   consistently have to remind them to fix it. Along with all my concerns and
   complaints I have many more, the leasing management was very rude and
   unwelcoming along with very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place
   to anyone if I could give it no rating at all I would.

   Mice run this place, they come out while your cooking, watching tv or
   cleaning, I had one run across my back while sleeping in the middle of the
   night, trying to get the complex to take care of it is a waste of time,
   trying to get my own exterminator was not allowed, contacting the dept of
   health and filing a complaint was not helpful either, even with them coming
   out monthly. I finally withheld my last months rent and of course they drug
   me right into court. I left there with severe ptsd from the amount of mice I
   encountered in my 1 yr. I had to give 1 star to compose this review.. just a
   warning, do what you want with it.

   I would give this dump negative stars if I could. Management is terrible.
   They don't answer phone calls. They ignore you. The maintenance team also
   leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing is ever fixed correctly. If you like
   roaches, mice and gas smells this apartment might be for you but honestly,
   stay away. Not a safe place for a family.

   Horrible management and maintenance. Might as well fix the stuff myself!
   Wouldn't recommend, they'll get over on you every chance they can. At least 4
   times a year for a few days you'll be without heat and hot water WITHOUT
   notice.

   DO NOT LIVE HERE OR RENT FROM AION THEY ARE AWFUL!!! We lived at The
   Wellington for 3 years and it was terrible from start to finish. The rent was
   raised $100-$200 every year but NOTHING WAS DONE. We moved in during the
   middle of summer and had broken AC. Maintenance told us we were "out of
   season" and we didn't get a new one until the NEXT June. Within a month max
   we had mice. Maintenance came and told me the apartment didn't have holes for
   mice and didn't do anything AT ALL. Then the bugs came. Roaches everywhere. 5
   maintenance requests were put in within a few month span and 3 WERE
   IMMEDIATELY MARKED CLOSED WITH NO CALL/EMAIL/TEXT AND NO MAINTENANCE OR
   EXTERMINATOR VISIT. The office NEVER answers calls and they have at leasti 15
   phone numbers for some reason. If gsomeone does answer they ALWAYS tell you
   they work at a different location and transfer you to a voicemail box. And
   their office is always locked with a "be back later". In three years I only
   came to see an open office two times. We also came home on Christmas Eve one
   year to NO HEAT OR HOT WATER and it wasn't fixed until winter was over. For a
   short period they made us turn a lever in the bathroom closet on and off and
   that only allowed you to use 0 or 100% heat ni in between. They say the
   outside doors to your building are always locked and that no solicitors are
   allowed on the property but I had MULTIPLE come to my door LATE AT NIGHT and
   nothing was done about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE

   Terrible apartment complex! Issue after issue!!! Old furniture is left on the
   side of buildings, hot water comes and goes, apartments smell like cigarettes
   and marijuana, black mold in the basements, the list is endless!
   
   Wellington has not had the trash picked up in two weeks! Currently, the trash
   dumpsters look like this.

   Was shown one apartment then rented another. Property was sold to another
   company who does not answer the phone. Black grit in my water, was told I had
   to live with it. For the past 11 months my hot water doesn't work several
   times a month and it has never been fixed. I can hear my neighbors sneeze the
   walls are so thin. The staff is awful and not very helpful. I've had more
   maintenance issues in this last year, than I have had in the past 15 years of
   apartment renting. This place is the worst

   My experience with Wellington Apts complex was horrible let me start with the
   apt inspection on the move in date..window screens bent,air conditioning
   filter clogged,stain underneath the sink that looked moldy,dirty bathroom,no
   air condioning in bedroom ;which should of been installed before we moved
   in,cracked tiles and a refrigerator that didn't work.....then I was double
   charged for rent the second month... then on are move out the day I noticed
   the AC in the bedroom leaking real bad I called to let the managers know ,it
   probably was leaking for awhile ;who knows how long?. ..... possible mold
   dangerous!!! ...that probably explains why there wasn't an air conditioner in
   the bedroom when we moved in....... then to top it off we where charge 450
   dollars for carpet ...when only a small size piece of carpet next to the
   kitchen needed to be replaced......and I know for a fact that this commercial
   carpet can be found; its a light beige common carpet color.I wont waste my
   time fighting with this place ,but it makes me wonder if the leaking ac had
   anything to do with it.. we left the carpet in good shape ....normal wear and
   tear. Never will I recommend this place to anyone.....EVER!

   Apartments are spacious. Area and school district are nice. Maintenance is
   awful. They like to "bandaid" fix things instead of actually doing their job.
   Ashley Smith the Property Manager is awful. She has no customer service or
   managerial skills whatsoever. Definitely not worth the money. Rent somewhere
   else before giving them any of your money.

   Few months ago my partner and I decided to move to this community . At first
   everything was right , (with the except of some calls we made to the leasing
   office because the cockroaches ) , until my rent came over 500 $ extra of the
   money i supposed to paid . i always take my time paying rent and i am very
   responsible with it reason because i did not understand why this was
   happening . Since then, every month my rent bill comes with an extra charged
   at some point , I had to go the leasing office manager ,girl that knows very
   well how to give attitude to residents without any respect or at least polite
   Finally tired of dealing with the hidden fees i had to tell to the office
   that one more extra fee they will hear from my lawyer . i am a nurse , never
   have problem with rent and never had to deal with people like this trying to
   take all our money . Now i understand all the complaints and no good reviews
   from residents living at this address . this place just have a name Rip off
