WELCOME TO THE ALTRAN UK MENTORING SCHEME

Mentoring is one of the most valuable and effective development opportunities
that a Learning and Development team can help support. Having the guidance and
encouragement of a trusted and experienced mentor can provide a mentee with a
broad range of personal and professional benefits, which can ultimately lead to
improved performance and increased job satisfaction.

Some of the many benefits of being mentored include:
