For the week (percentage change from comparable week in 2019): * Occupancy: 57.8 percent (-8.7 percent) * Average daily rate: $150.97 (+13.4 percent) * Revenue per available room: $87.21 (+3.6 percent) Featured Event PRODUCT RESEARCH MADE EASY. June 12-15, 2023 JW Marriott Scottsdale, AZ Register In comparison, for the week of Jan. 29-Feb. 4 (percentage change from comparable week in 2019): * Occupancy: 55.3 percent (-7.3 percent) * ADR: $145.35 (+13.9 percent) * RevPAR: $80.45 (+5.6 percent) TOP MARKETS While none of STR’s top 25 markets reported an occupancy increase over 2019, Dallas came closest to its 2019 comparable (-0.7 percent to 66.1 percent). Helped by Super Bowl LVII, Phoenix reported the highest ADR (+129.5 percent to $387.06) and RevPAR (+114.3 percent to $300.09) increases over 2019. The steepest RevPAR declines from 2019 were seen in San Francisco (-55.9 percent to $116) and Seattle (-24.1 percent to $78.84).
