The incident is isolated to a few meeting servers and we're working on ensuring future stability. Further Meeting Media Server maintenance may occur during this weekend (May 8-9) to fully correct this. Due to this incident, 2 MCUs in Europe have been taken offline temporarily that has caused the sudden disconnection of some users from their meetings. To continue with your meetings simply press Join and you'll connect to the next available Meeting Media Server. 2021/03/30 | Sao Paulo MCU issues Tuesday March 30, 2021 2021/03/30 | We're looking into issues with our Video Conferencing MCUs in Sao Paulo that began malfucntioning at around 19:00 UTC 29/3/2021 until 13:30 UTC 30/3/2021. This was not automatically picked up as the service continued working without reporting any issues. Manual intervention was required to identify the issue. The Sao Paulo MCUs have been restarted and the issue is temporarily resolved. We're looking into what caused this to prevent it from ocurring in the future. 2021/03/10 | Strasbourg MCU Downtime Wednesday March 10, 2021 2021/03/10 | Fire Has Destroyed OVH’s Strasbourg Data Center (SBG2). Another data center on the campus, SBG1, was partially burned down. SBG1, SBG3 and SBG4 won't be restarted today. The downtime only affects Strasbourg MCUs. Other datacenters and other service providers are not affected by the downtime and are continuing to provide uninterrupted WebMeeting service. More information here: https://www.datacenterknowledge.com/uptime/ceo-says-fire-has-destroyed-ovh-s-strasbourg-data-center-sbg2 2021/02/08 | Zone-i America partial downtime Monday February 08, 2021 2021/02/08 | Issues affecting our provider OVH US have caused some meeting servers on the zone-i (America) to go offline temporarily. The outage caused some users to be disconnected from their meetings. We are looking into the incident are we're taking active steps to mitgate these types of issues from occuring again in the future by adding several more servers from multiple other providers. The outage was temporary and only affected some servers. The outage duration was ~30 minutes long from 15:45 to 16:15 CET. No actions need to be taken other than to rejoin your meeting as there are several more meeting servers available and ready to accept user connections. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. 2021/01/26 | WebMeeting Platform Status Tuesday January 26, 2021 2021/01/26 | A previous platform update introduced some issues related to report delivery and the wrong message appearing when joining a meeting that hasn't started yet. Where you should see "Organizer not connected yet", you'd see "MCU not available" instead. We working on these issues and will be deploying fixes within the hour. 2021/01/23 | WebMeeting Platform Updates Friday January 22, 2021 2021/01/23 | WebMeeting Platform Updates will take place Saturday 5am ET. A rolling restart of all MCU servers will take place which may disconnect some users from their meetings temporarily for 10 seconds. Additional upgrade will take place that will improve platform performance and fix some issues related to meetings ending prematurely. 2021/01/14 | WebMeeting Platform Changes Thursday January 14, 2021 2021/01/14 | Between the 14'th of January and 15'th of January we're going to be performing a rolling restart of our MCU meeting backend servers to apply the correct video and audio limits. The change will take effect tomorrow on the 15'th 2020/12/08 | WebMeeting Platform Updates Tuesday December 08, 2020 2020/12/08 | Fixes and updates are being rolled out to all WebMeeting zones. Some user disconnections and a short downtime of 30 seconds may be observed. Some servers are being taken offline for the update and will be back shortly. 2020/11/30 | zone-d WebMeeting recovery Monday November 30, 2020 2020/11/30 | After a short unexpected downtime and engineer intervention, WebMeeting functionality for zone-d has been recovered. Running meetings continued to run but without certain features and capabilities whilst new users were not able to start new or join ongoing meetings for this short period of time. The outage lasted for ~7 minutes between 12:56 - 13:03 CET. Internal efforts are being made to understand the nature of the issue and to prevent it from occuring again in the future. 2020/11/30 | zone-d WebMeeting downtime Monday November 30, 2020 2020/11/30 | We're experiencing unexpected downtime on zone-d.
