2021/05/07 | Meeting Server Maintenance

Friday May 07, 2021

2021/05/07 | We've identified a fault on some WebMeeting Media Servers (MCUs)
that may affect meeting quality. The incident is isolated to a few meeting
servers and we're working on ensuring future stability. Further Meeting Media
Server maintenance may occur during this weekend (May 8-9) to fully correct
this. Due to this incident, 2 MCUs in Europe have been taken offline temporarily
that has caused the sudden disconnection of some users from their meetings. To
continue with your meetings simply press Join and you'll connect to the next
available Meeting Media Server.

Monday February 08, 2021

2021/02/08 | Issues affecting our provider OVH US have caused some meeting
servers on the zone-i (America) to go offline temporarily. The outage caused
some users to be disconnected from their meetings. We are looking into the
incident are we're taking active steps to mitgate these types of issues from
occuring again in the future by adding several more servers from multiple other
providers. The outage was temporary and only affected some servers. The outage
duration was ~30 minutes long from 15:45 to 16:15 CET. No actions need to be
taken other than to rejoin your meeting as there are several more meeting
servers available and ready to accept user connections. We apologize for the
inconvenience this may have caused.
