New lock

I had a competitor lock, had my bike stolen. I decided to upgrade. Hopefully the
Litelock will deter the crooks. I like the rubber cover over the key hole. I
also like the reflective cover. I registered my lock so I have peace of mind
that I can get a replacement key later. Lock appears well built, no cosmetic
flaws.Wait time was long, you need a warehouse in the US. If you lower cost you
could dominate Kryptonite sales. You have great customer service, due to the
long wait I emailed your company, a rep responded right away. Thank your for
your lock, we will see how the crooks like it!

fine, but...
LITELOK X1
there's no way to use the twist mount on my bike. i will be using 3 pieces of
velcro tape (which you should include). the length of the lock is 7.5", shorter
than anticipated & my 9" kryptonite being replaced meaning a chain or cable must
be used with it way too often, introducing a weak point rendering my investment
kinda meaningless.

What a great lock. I feel secure locking my Borealius Fat Bike around the
slummiest parts of Anchorage AK. Wish they gave 3 keys instead of 2. But no
complaints because ordering was a breeze.
