She was clear and thorough when answering my questions.On the day of my cleaning, they were running a little behind schedule, but Bonnie was in constant communication. I was not able to be there, but when I let her know I was trying to find someone that was available to let them in, she coordinated to get her people there at the time that was possible for me.When they got there, they did 2 bedroom carpet cleanings and pet stain/odor removal in 30 minutes and my carpet looks brand new!
