There was NOTHING and I mean NOTHING that was ever a problem or to difficult.Everything from the very first time we spoke until the day we picked up our pride and joy was an absolute pleasure. They bent over backwards to help us with every request and we had a lot . There was never any sales pressure at ANY stage only all the help and time we needed to consider and make our big investment. I would like to say a special thank you to Murray and Alex but especially Alex who guided us all the way through and knows his product inside out. We looked at a lot of Motorhomes but nobody else came close to these guys with both product and product knowledge let alone the service we have received before and AFTER the purchase. Both my wife and I can’t thank Alex and the team enough or recommended them more highly. We already class them as friends. This seriously was a 6 Experience. Both experiences were absolutely first class, everything they said they would do happened and no request was too difficult. Its only when you have had a few motorhomes that you come to know what it is you really need and like in it to make the travelling experience special.So on both occasions we had a list of requests where we wanted things and how they should work, the guys know their product so well they knew the best way to achieve this. We feel that comfortable dealing with their relaxed manner, we class them as friends so much so that we normally call in when in that part of the world and we are always made feel most welcome. Tony and Carol Dubbo NSW John Morriss 3 years ago Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Tiffin Gold Coast.We purchased a used 2014 Allegro recently.We investigated other products...but the Tiffin difference is the customer support.The handover from Alex was very thorough.The ongoing support helping people new to Tiffin has been exceptional.Even out of hours Murray and Alex have helped us settle into to our beautiful home on wheels.The ongoing support post the sale has demonstrated a commitment to customer service that others could do well to follow.We are now seriously considering upgrading later this year. They carry a good range of spare parts to get you out of bother.
