<p>To see if your bug is related to a third-party plugin, you can temporarily disable all plugins in the Mac app by <a href="/support/troubleshooting/mac-app/safe-mode/" target="_blank">launching in Safe Mode</a>.</p>
<p>If you can, <a href="/support/troubleshooting/contacting-customer-support/bug-reports/" target="_blank">sending us screenshots or screen recordings</a> of the issue you’re experience is a big help.</p>
<p>If the Mac app is crashing or very slow to respond, <a href="/support/troubleshooting/contacting-customer-support/bug-reports/" target="_blank">sending us a Crash Log or Spindump</a> along with your report gives us lots of valuable
information to help fix your issue.</p>

HOW TO SWITCH TO A SUBSCRIPTION
We’ve made it quick and easy to switch to a subscription. Here’s how it works:
1. Create a Workspace. Sign up for a free 30-day trial (no credit card
required) and get everything set up at your own pace.
2. Sign in. With your new Sketch account you can sign into the Mac app, create
documents and collaborate.
Because each Editor can use multiple devices, yearly billing is cheaper than
monthly, and Viewer accounts are free, credit on your license may go further
when you subscribe. Read more about switching.

Not sure whether you already have a subscription (Workspace)? Open the Mac app
and choose Sketch > Preferences from the menu bar, then select the account tab.
