little for this small rural upscale community. With a high percentage of college graduates with advanced or graduate degrees, Orinda offers a very small town atmosphere along with a strong feeling of communal pride. Exclusive
neighborhoods and country clubs abound this scenic town nestled into the wilderness of the east side of the Oakland hills. Private golf and tennis clubs, a minimal amount of usable vacant land, very low crime and an excellent school
system keep home prices in Orinda on an average of well into the million mark. If you happen to be in the market to purchase a home in Orinda please contact me.<br>

Exclusive neighborhoods and country clubs abound this scenic town nestled into the wilderness of the east side of the Oakland hills. Private golf and tennis clubs, a minimal amount of usable vacant land, very low crime and an excellent school system keep home prices in Orinda on an average of well into the million mark.
