1954

The bill of sale was signed to Betty Kitson,  on July 1st, 1954 and the Rosedon
was born


1956

Rosedon Hotel, a historic boutique hotel in Bermuda, opens its doors, laying the
foundation for what would become a landmark in Bermudian hospitality.


2017

Huckleberry Restaurant is launched at Rosedon Hotel, blending classic European
brasserie cuisine with local Bermudian flavors, quickly becoming a favorite
among locals and visitors.


2019

Huckleberry deepens its commitment to sustainability by sourcing ingredients
from local farms, including Kirkdale Farm, to ensure the freshest produce in
every dish.


2021

Chef Damien Griffith then joined the Rosedon Hotel as Executive chef to lead a
team of talented chefs taking diners on a culinary journey. Huckleberry went on
to win the Best of Bermuda award for Best Restaurant in Bermuda.


2022

For the second year in a row Huckleberry won Best of Bermuda award for Best
Restaurant in Bermuda.


2024

Huckleberry is honoured with the Best Fine Dining Restaurant award at the Best
of Bermuda Awards, recognising its exceptional cuisine and dining experience.


2024

Chef Damien Griffith is named Best Chef in the Best of Bermuda Awards,
solidifying Huckleberry’s reputation for culinary excellence.

EXECUTIVE CHEF DAMIEN GRIFFITH

Leading the culinary team, Chef Damien Griffith brings a modern artistic touch
to our farm and sea to table inspired dishes. Under his leadership, Huckleberry
Restaurant has received multiple accolades, including; Best of Bermuda award for
Best Restaurant in Bermuda in 2021 & 2022 and Best Fine Dining Restaurant in the
Best of Bermuda Awards 2024.

Indulge in our selection of fine teas, house-made pastries, and savory treats,
