DIANE REHM BOOK CLUB: “ROMAN STORIES,” A CONVERSATION WITH JHUMPA LAHIRI

Dismiss

The Diane Rehm Book Club selection for July is “Roman Stories” by Pulitzer
Prize-winning author Jhumpa Lahiri.

The collection is made up of nine short stories, which the author originally

are questions about identity, foreignness, and definitions of home, themes that
might sound familiar to fans of Lahiri’s past work, such as “Interpreter of
Maladies” and “The Namesake.”
