WHAT’S IN A NAME…


THE ACRU WEALTH ORIGIN STORY IS ABOUT THE AMALGAMATION OF VINE WEALTH MANAGEMENT
(VWM) WITH BREAD & BARRELS FINANCIAL ADVISORY (BBFA).

Vine has been a trusted local presence on the Sunshine Coast for decades, and
Bread & Barrels was founded to build a better way of doing advice than what was
able to be found. In 2020, BBFA took over the reins at Vine, bringing these two
loved brands together under one roof. Like a lot of modern families, it wasn’t
without its challenges, it was at times unconventional - but it works
beautifully. ACru Wealth was created to bring the two together formally under
one brand, whilst showcasing the best of both.



While it’s easy to agree it’s a good idea to accrue wealth, we can’t help but
love that the word ‘cru’ is traditionally translated from French to English as
‘growth’ - and links the growth of grapes on the Vine to the Barrels they are
stored, improved and matured for your future enjoyment. It binds the origin of
each business with the current growth, and a beautiful future.



However you’ve known us previously, you will recognise our enduring passion for
the people involved, both for our clients and our staff (you are all our
‘cru’!).



We are built by people who want genuine engagement, for people who want genuine
engagement. We know our stuff, we understand your stuff - and we care. We get
things done, but we’re not stuffy or scared of enjoying the process with you.
