ORACLE CUSTOMER EDGE SUMMIT AWARDS

March 2–4, 2025 | Nashville, TN

We’re thrilled to announce that nominations are now open for this year’s
Customer Edge Awards! This year, we’re expanding the program to recognize
organizations driving sustainability, business transformation, and innovation
not only in the energy and water industry but also in construction and
engineering. Please refer to the specific award categories for each sector
below.

CATEGORY: ENERGY AND WATER

Initiative of the Year: Honors organizations for outstanding technology projects
that showcased leadership, strategic vision, innovation, advancement, and
overall results that were delivered to customers.

Innovator: Celebrates organizations that have created a culture of innovation
that ultimately benefits customers, the industry, and other stakeholders.

Strategic Vision: Recognizes the utility that demonstrates the ability to
foresee key industry trends, needs, or issues and demonstrates the ability to
advance the industry through the adoption of technology.


CATEGORY: CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING

Project of the Year: Honors organizations for projects that showcase the
organization’s outstanding leadership, strategic vision, innovation,
technological advancement, and overall results achieved.

Contractor of the Year: Celebrates contractors that achieve compelling results
for their organization and customers.

Owner of the Year: Celebrates owner organizations that demonstrate both
predictable and successful project and portfolio results.

Innovator of the Year: Celebrates individuals whose innovation and
implementations have driven meaningful results for their organization, industry,
and other stakeholders.

 * * Who can enter?
     
     The Oracle Customer Edge Awards are open to any organization that uses
     Oracle Energy and Water (including Opower) or Oracle Construction and
     Engineering solutions or services. The awards recognize organizations that
     have leveraged our technologies to achieve extraordinary results.
   
   * What are Oracle’s goals for the awards?
     
     We have two main goals: Celebrate our extraordinary customers and showcase
     their remarkable success stories.
   
   * How and where will winners be recognized?
     
     The winners will be announced live on March 4, 2025 at Oracle Customer Edge
     Summit in Nashville, TN.
   
   * How many finalists will be announced in each category?
     
     We’ll announce up to three finalists per category. Finalists will receive
     an award to recognize and celebrate their achievements.
   
   * Are the awards open only to organizations in North America?
     
     No, the Oracle Customer Edge Awards are global.
   
   * Can I submit an entry on someone else’s behalf?
     
     Yes. If you know of an organization or person deserving recognition, please
     let us know. Be sure to include contact details so that we can reach out to
     see if they want to participate.
   
   * Can I enter more than one category?
     
     Absolutely. Apply for as many awards as you believe are appropriate.
     Depending on your submission, the judges might move your nomination to
     another category if they think it’s a better fit.
   
   * What makes for a winning entry?
     
     Our judges are looking to highlight some of the incredible work our
     customers have been doing to increase their organizations’ performance,
     lower costs, create positive impacts, and improve the user experience for
     both employees and customers. When submitting your nomination, include
     metrics/measurable results to demonstrate the extent of the impact Oracle
     Energy and Water or Oracle Construction and Engineering solutions have had
     on the business and its people.
   
   * What information do I need before starting a nomination?
     
     You’ll need detailed information on the project or initiative, the
     challenges faced, how the organization used Oracle Energy and Water or
     Oracle Construction and Engineering solutions to help overcome those
     challenges, and the results achieved.
