From Day One: Atlanta 2022


ABOUT THIS EVENT

The From Day One conference will bring together leading thinkers and top
executives in HR, talent acquisition, diversity, employee engagement, benefits
and CSR for an engaging, up-to-the-minute conversation about how employers can
build stronger bonds of trust and connection with their workers and their
communities. The urgent topics will include the importance of offering career
paths, developing diversity in leadership, balancing productivity with
well-being, supporting working parents, and encouraging employees in community
work.

At a time of rising expectations about corporate accountability, companies need
to be more in touch than ever with all of their partners in business: employees,
customers, community members, and even competitors.

This conference on business in service to society will explore not just the idea
of being a good corporate citizen, but being smart, open and effective in
listening for new developments in a fast-changing world.

Cutting-edge technology and a mission statement are not enough; a well-developed
sense of purpose becomes the guiding light of the conversation From Day One. 

The conference will take place on February 22, 2022, at the Georgia Aquarium.

From Day One is a Recertification Provider for SHRM and HRCI. This session is
eligible for 4 credits from both organizations. The Activity IDs will be sent to
attendees after the conclusion of the session.

SAFETY

From Day One live conferences in 2022 will require participants to be fully
vaccinated against COVID-19. Prior to the event you will be asked to confirm
your vaccination status, to attest that you have not tested positive during the
10 days prior to the event, and that you are not currently experiencing
symptoms. If you are not able to meet these criteria, please reach out to us
prior to event day for information on transferring your credit to a future live
or virtual event.

From Day One is reserved for principals of organizations who are ready and able
to effect change within businesses, industries, teams, and their communities. 

If you meet these criteria and are interested in attending, we’d love for you to
join us! Please fill out the registration form to confirm your eligibility- if
we have any questions about your eligibility we'll reach out directly within 48
hours, otherwise you're all set!

If you do not fall into any of these categories but wish to attend, we have
limited opportunities for currently enrolled students, community leaders,
artists, activists, and entrepreneurs in the pre-launch stages of business.
