- Preintegrated interface to simulation (SimulDataContainer) for use with
multiple trains
- Integrated CEGUI to enable mouse arrow and object selection. Added temporary
'Quit' button.
- Implemented mouse selection for multiple trains (not yet sufficiently tested)
- Added function to toggle between the mouse-modes by pressing 'c' key on
keyboard. The modes are:

    1) camera movement - the camera moves according to mouse. Object selection
is possible.
    2) object selection only - the camera does not follow the mouse. Object
selection is possible. 

- Reorganized camera control. Now it is possible to move the camera always by
keyboard.  
  Use keys: 'w', 'a', 's', 'd'
