Founder and ex-Managing Director of Modular Techcorp Holdings Berhad, listed in
the Malaysian stock exchange MESDAQ in 2004. The company he founded worked
closely with the central bank of Malaysia and MEPS to launch Malaysia’s chip
card migration to all the Malaysian banks. More than 50 million bankcards were
delivered to the Malaysian banks by direct orders. Spearheaded smart card R&D
since the days of Bull CP8, the early precursor to Gemalto (now Thales Digital

Well-versed in back-end Core Banking System and overall security aspects of a
comprehensive IT-payment system infrastructure from the server side to devices
SAM.
