Scott Morrison has used his final speech to parliament to discuss global issues
from the rise of China to terrorist activities in Iran and the wars in Gaza and
Ukraine.

Morrison said the 2022 election may have provided an opportunity for Beijing to
step back from their failed attempts at coercion, “but we must not be deluded
[as] tactics change, but their strategy remains the same”.
