   at $5,000 a year. 
 * Insider spoke with the company's founders about their Miami location
   scheduled to open in Spring 2023. 
 * The club will be made of four solar-powered yachts built to withstand

THE MIAMI CLUB WILL OPEN IN SPRING 2023, ARKHAUS FOUNDERS SAM PAYROVI AND
NATHALIE PAIVA TOLD INSIDER. THEY PLAN TO OPEN ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS IN NYC, SAN
DIEGO, SAN FRANCISCO, LOS ANGELES, MEXICO, DUBAI, PARIS, AND ISTANBUL.

ONE OF ARKUP'S RESIDENTIAL HOUSEBOATS IS CURRENTLY DOCKED OFF OF MIAMI'S STAR
ISLAND. THE FUTURISTIC VESSELS ARE ENTIRELY POWERED BY ROOFTOP SOLAR PANELS.

NEARLY ONE-THIRD OF ARKHAUS'S 360 MEMBERSHIPS HAVE ALREADY SOLD, ACCORDING TO
PAIVA. THERE ARE 90 PRE-SALE MEMBERSHIPS LEFT AT $6,250 A YEAR. ONCE THOSE SELL
OUT, THE PRICE WILL BUMP UP TO $7,500 AND THEN $10,000 A YEAR, PER THE COMPANY'S
WEBSITE.
