CURRENT PROMOTIONS

OUR NEW LOCATION AS OF NOV. 2023

Free parking can be found on Maitland Street, and Cartwright Street, which are
both a 2 minute walk from the entrance. Flat rate parking is available onsite
for $4.


Elevator Location: From the front entrance, turn right toward the cafe. Take the
elevator located across the hall from the cafe. From the back entrance, go up
the stairs in the vesitibule, follow the hall to the cafe, find the elevator on
your right.



Our unit is wheelchair accessible from the front entrance only. Find accessible
parking on the right side of the driveway (silver car in image) at the front of
the building.


Trains: Talbot street offers an underpass. Adelaide's underpass is now available
also!


Please allow 10 minutes extra for travel time, in case of a train, and to
navigate the busy building, and slow (but steady) elevator ;) 


Masks are not required in the building, but you may want one, as it is a busy
medical building.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW









LASER IS EXCITING, BUT IT'S ALSO A PROCEDURE. HERE ARE SOME THINGS TO NOTE
BEFORE YOU DIVE IN:


TANNING, FAKE TAN & SUN EXPOSURE NOT ALLOWED. REBOOKING FEES WILL APPLY!
YOU WILL BE SENT HOME IF WE SEE A TAN LINE, OR CAN RUB SELF TANNER OFF YOUR
SKIN. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1 PER MINUTE BOOKED FOR NOT RESCHEDULING 48 HOURS
AHEAD OF YOUR BOOKING. WE MUST WAIT 6-8 WEEKS AFTER SKIN COLOUR CHANGES TO
RESUME TREATMENTS. THE SAME TIME REQUIREMENTS APPLY TO SELF TANNER AND SPRAY
TANS. NOT FOLLOWING THIS RULE CAN RESULT IN BURNS FROM THE LASER. 



KEEP IT COVERED
VACATIONS TO SUNNY DESTINATIONS ARE EXCITING! BECAUSE OF THE TEMPORARY
SIDE-EFFECT THAT LASER TREATMENTS CAUSE, YOU ARE ABNORMALLY SENSITIVE TO UV FOR
4-6 WEEKS POST-TREATMENT. APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE BOOKED 4 WEEKS BEFORE A TRIP,
AND SKIN SHOULD BE PROTECTED WITH SPF 30+. FOLLOW UPS ARE BOOKED 6 WEEKS AFTER A
CHANGE OF SKIN COLOUR. PRIORITIZE YOUR LASER TREATMENTS OVER TANS TO
ELIMINATE DELAYS IN YOUR TREATMENT SCHEDULE. NEXT YEAR, YOU CAN TAN TO YOUR
HEART'S CONTENT ;)



TURN OFF SEAT HEATERS; KEEP IT COOL FOR 24 HOURS
TREATMENT AREAS ARE SENSITIVE TO HEAT FOR UP TO 48 HOURS AFTER TREATMENTS. BE
SURE TO TURN OFF SEAT HEATERS IN YOUR VEHICLES. AVOID HOT TUBS, HOT BATHS,
SAUNAS, STEAM ROOMS, HOT YOGA, AND HEAVY EXERCISE FOR UP TO 5 DAYS AFTER YOUR
LASER SESSION. WARM SHOWERS ARE FINE, AS WELL AS LIGHT ACTIVITY THAT DOES NOT
CAUSE SWEATING FROM EXERTION (WAIT 2 DAYS FOR LOW IMPACT EXERCISE).

TO REDUCE NO-SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, WE HAVE UPDATED OUR BOOKING
POLICY. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, AND ARE
SUBJECT TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ IT IN ITS ENTIRETY.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE ON TIME.
