FAQS Can I refer a friend who is already with Community Fibre? You can refer anyone who doesn’t have broadband with us. When you refer a friend, they need to take out a new broadband account by buying an eligible plan online. Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer? No, you can refer as many friends to Community Fibre as you like. I’m not a Community Fibre customer. Can I still recommend someone? Unfortunately not at this point in time. You must be an existing Community Fibre customer to refer a friend. What does my friend need to do once I've referred them? Your friend needs to make sure that they register for our refer a friend offer by following your unique sharing link. Once they’ve done this, they need to buy a broadband plan online. It’s also important that the email address they register with is the same email they use when they set up their broadband account with us. When will we get our reward? * Your friend must use a valid referral link when purchasing your broadband with or without TV/Phone services. * The offer is only applicable for purchases made on the Community Fibre website and is not valid through Telesales or our Sales representatives. * You and your friend must be outside of the cooling-off cancellation period, which is 14 days from the order date, and must still have an active account with Community Fibre. * Your friend must have been successfully installed and activated. * Both the Referrer & the Referee must have paid their first bill to be eligible. * Both you and your friend will receive your £100 Amazon vouchers up to 90 days after your friend is installed and activated as long as both accounts remain active.
