search for and connect with the right provider based on their symptoms, goals,
lifestyle, and preferences. The Kenshō Health provider network includes expert

How does Care Matching work?
Care Matching is our first step into the wonderful world of care navigation, a
category of platforms and services in the healthcare space that are designed to
help patients, providers, health plans, and health systems navigate to the right
care. We like to think of our role here as the friend who is happy to do all the
research, digging, and calling around for you so you can focus on getting
better.

Here’s how it works:
1. Tell our Patient Advocacy Team a little about the type of provider you are
looking for, or if you aren't sure but want help addressing your symptoms, we
can start there.
2. We will then research providers and specialties to match your needs
3. You will then receive a list of personalized provider recommendations
4. From here, we will work with you to identify the right provider and take care
of Booking and Scheduling – like when you call the front desk of a traditional
doctor's office
5. Last but not least, we’ll send you confirmation of your appointment!
