INSTAGRAM FAQS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * ARE THE FOLLOWERS REAL AND WHEN WILL I START SEEING RESULTS? We have very strict filters in place to make sure we only engage with real accounts on your behalf and therefore you will only get real followers through our work. After the first few days on our service you will be able to tell that we are delivering quality rather than quantity. Within the first 72 hours from us logging into your account, you will start seeing new followers. However, in the first week you're going to get less followers then expected as we engage with a small number of people (10-20) on the first day and increase this gradually everyday. The longer we work on your account, the more followers on average you should be gaining as we continually interact with more users. * WHAT EXACTLY WOULD YOU BE DOING FOR ME ON A DAILY BASIS? Yes, assuming you have not bought fake followers or likes in the past. If you have then please do not signup to our services as your account may be disabled at any point. In general, our services work well within the constraints of Instagram and your account is safe while using our service. On the Manual services you are highly unlikely to see any kind of issues or blocks whatsoever (in 4 years we haven't seen any yet but that doesn't mean they will not appear in the future). However, on the Automatic services sometimes you may experience a temporary follow or like block. Once every few weeks/months Instagram may force you to change your password because they think you're being hacked. In reality it's just us working on your account from a different device than you. Once we have your new password we can continue working on your account as normal. In the most rare cases Instagram may first give you a 24hour review and then disable your account. If that happens then we will be able to appeal their decision and we have been able to reinstate all client accounts (although this has only happened three times in 4 years). When you sign up we ask for "similar IG account usernames" and we will be initially engaging with the followers of the accounts that you have provided. These accounts that you provide could be your competitors, similar accounts to you or accounts in general where you think their followers are your target audience. Please try to provide at least 20 accounts to us, each with a minimum of 3000 followers and a maximum of 1 million followers. If you provide us with less then 20 accounts or if you have been with us for a while then we will find other similar accounts based upon what you initially provided, in order to have enough people to engage with on your behalf. You're also more than welcome to send us further accounts while you're with us to add to your list. * WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL SERVICES? When subscribed to one of our manual services, all engagement done on your behalf (following/unfollowing/liking/muting) is performed by our team through their phones, while on the automatic services, all actions are executed through our software. Over time the manual service is more reliable as it's not prone to any Instagram algorithm changes. * WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MANUAL MAXIMISING FOLLOWERS AND CLIENT ACQUISITION APPROACH? Client Acquisition - We will only engage with users who are followers of the similar account usernames you provided. Using this approach you may gain less followers compared to when me maximise followers. Manual Pros: As all actions are done by hand, any change to the instagram app will not affect our work and we can continually perform the service for you. Automatic Pros: As we are constantly connected to your account, we can gather more data on who best responds to your content and therefore over time the results should get better. Manual Cons: The automatic service benefit is a manual drawback. When manually interacting on your behalf are not able to track everything we would like and therefore we are not able to optimise from month to month. Automatic Cons: Due to pattern recognition, from time to time you may get a temporary follow or like block. On some accounts we have also seen that Instagram asks you to change your password because they think a phising attack is taking place on your account, but it's just us working on your account. Additionally, on the automatic plan there is always a possibility that your account will be disabled and if does then of course we will appeal this with Instagram and in most cases you will gain access back no later than 2-3 weeks. * CAN YOU TARGET BY LOCATION AND AGE? Not exactly as for obvious privacy reasons Instagram does not publically disclose the location or date of birth of accounts. However, if for example you want followers only from the UK, and you provide to us mostly UK based accounts, then most of their followers should also be from the UK and therefore you should be getting mostly UK followers. * WILL MY ACCOUNT BE FOLLOWING AN EXTRA FEW THOUSAND ACCOUNTS ON YOUR SERVICE? No, as we constantly unfollow users we have followed before. Your following count will not be 500-700 higher than what you originally started of with us. * WILL YOU UNFOLLOW ANY USERS THAT I HAVE FOLLOWED MYSELF? No, as we keep track of everyone we followed on your behalf and we will only be unfollowing those who are on our list. Even if you start following new accounts whilst on our service then we will not unfollow these accounts either. * WHO WILL BE WORKING ON MY ACCOUNT? On the automatic plan, your account manager will usually be working on your account, while on the manual plans, it's usually a member of staff reporting directly to your account manager. * CAN I STILL USE MY ACCOUNT? Yes. When signing up to our service we ask for around 6-8 hours during the day when you're most active on Instagram and we will try not to work in those hours. However, please try to keep your activity of following/unfollowing/liking to a minimum whilst using our services as we will be doing most of this type of engagement. Any other actions such commenting or replying to DMs, please carry on doing as normal. * HOW OFTEN SHOULD I POST TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE SERVICE?
