HOW DOES NFTEAPOT WORK?


NFTeapot allows merchants to create, sell and deliver NFTs on Shopify in
minutes. The app provides built-in fulfilment and back-end services without
needing any blockchain or coding experience.






WHAT BLOCKCHAINS DO YOU CURRENTLY SUPPORT?


Currently we support Polygon and Avalanche directly.  Support for other EVM
compatible blockchains (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) can be added by
contacting us.

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in using other blockchains.






CAN I SELL NFTS THAT I ALREADY OWN OR HAVE ALREADY MINTED IN ANOTHER APPLICATION
ON NFTEAPOT?


Please get in touch if you are interested in selling existing NFTs.






HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE?


Per NFT we charge a fixed fee of $1 plus a 5% sales commission after the NFT has
been delivered (through minting) to the customer.

These are set on a blockchain basis. These values will be made available to you
at the publish NFT step at the bottom of the screen. These fees are inclusive of
all transaction processing fees including gas fees and external hosting costs. 






WHERE IS THE NFT I PURCHASED?


If you have purchased an NFT through NFTeapot you will receive an email
containing instructions on how to claim your NFT. After you claim your NFT it
can take some time for it to be delivered to your wallet depending on network
conditions. There is no need to keep your browser open after the claim process
is completed. You will receive another confirmation email when the NFT is minted
and delivered to your wallet.
