   civil litigation alleging misappropriation of business idea, breach of

 * Represented a digital media and financial education company, and its founder

View Biography

Gregg Fish is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial
Practice Group. Gregg focuses his practice on high-stakes antitrust and
commercial litigation. He also has significant experience conducting
investigations in response to government inquiries and whistleblower
allegations.

Gregg received his J.D., cum laude, from New York University. During law school,
Gregg served as a judicial intern for Hon. Sidney H. Stein in the U.S. District
Court, Southern District of New York, where he worked on a variety of civil and
criminal matters. He was also an articles editor of the New York University Law
Review.
