U.S. import prices increase 0.3% in October; export prices rise 0.8%

Prices for U.S. imports increased 0.3 percent in October, after decreasing 0.4
percent in September. U.S. export prices rose 0.8 percent in October following a
0.6-percent drop the previous month. Over the past year, import prices advanced
0.8 percent and export prices fell 0.1 percent.
