the Commonwealth of Dominica. The sole use of the information collected here is
to assess the health risks of all persons intending to travel to the
Commonwealth of Dominica and to auto-populate portions of the Immigration and
Customs Declaration to enhance the process on your arrival.

Please note: Unvaccinated travelers must present a pre-arrival negative Antigen
24 - 48hrs or an RT-PCR test within 72hrs (3 days).
