Our Police Department




BRIMFIELD, OH




Brimfield Township is a growing community strategically located in southwest
Portage County with two I-76 highway interchanges and Kent State University on
our border. Currently the Brimfield Police Department serves a population of
approximately 15K, and is made up of 19 full time, part time, and reserve police
officers, 3 auxiliary officers and 3 administrative staff. The community has a
significant retail presence at The Cascades of Brimfield and The Marketplace at
Maplecrest, and easy accessibility puts Brimfield within easy driving proximity
to the cities of Cleveland, Akron, or Canton.
