That’s when I knew it was time to change the way I was living. I trained to
become a certified life and health coach. I developed a strategy to help myself
and others deal with the challenges that come with practicing law.

The truth is lawyers can be successful at work while also enjoying a full and
healthy personal life. The secret is learning to manage stress. When you follow
a proven, step-by-step process of habit change, you can take back control of
your life and your well-being.

Most people don’t understand how stressful the practice of law is. As attorneys,
we want  to help all of our clients, keep up with the changes in the law, and
meet our deadlines and billing requirements.
