HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Log into My Account to make a payment or check how much money you have in your
account fund.

Note that adding funds to your account does not replenish data allocations. If
you need extra data, you can purchase a data pack.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE SIM IN MY PHONE?

If you have a physical SIM card, turn off your phone. Use the ejector tool to
open the SIM tray on your phone. Compare the size of your old SIM to your Boost
SIM kit and remove the matching size. Place the new SIM in your phone's tray and

CAN I USE AN ESIM WITH BOOST MOBILE?

Boost Mobile users with an iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR or later will be

WHY ISN'T MY MOBILE HOTSPOT WORKING?

Some Android phones require a manual Access Point Name (APN) configuration to
allow mobile hotspots or tethering on our network. If you're having issues when
trying to set up a mobile hotspot on your Boost Mobile Android phone, follow
these steps.

Half-Off Unlimited Offer: Limited-time discount available online only and for
new customers only. After the first month, customers will pay $25/mo., $40/mo.,
or $60/mo. (depending on plan selected) plus taxes and fees. AutoPay required. 

$25/mo Unlimited Offer: Online only. Requires autopay. Customers who do not
enroll in AutoPay pay $35/month. Taxes and fees extra; however, some customers
who activate service in-store may receive Boost’s tax-inclusive plans. 

Data Terms: Customers using more than 30GB of data a month may have their speeds
reduced. Data Speed: 5G service requires a 5G capable device. 5G not available
in all areas.

BoostOne: Available to customers in good standing who are residents of the
contiguous U.S., HI, and AK, excluding PR & VI.

Boost Protect and Boost Protect with AppleCare Services: A deductible based on
your phone model and damage type will apply for each approved claim. A claim for
