superyacht consulting and project management services for the superyacht
industry. We lead you from concept design to product development, from
pre-purchase advisory to delivery, ensuring consistent management and control of
planning, designing, timing, budget and overall quality for new construction and
refit. Based on the experience gained by managing over 120 superyacht projects
from 30 up to 90+ meters for the top companies in the yachting industry, we
expertly advise you through every step of the project ensuring 360-degree
