HI, I'M REGAN WILLIAMS.

I've been a CPA for 20+ years. I work with clients in the role of CFO, preparing
tax returns and consulting on human resources matters, and I’ve also started
several businesses of my own.

Every day I work with clients I call "accidental accountants". These are people
who - one way or another - are handling the books for a business. It could be
