Your water, your say View online version Dear customer, Thank you for registering for our second ‘Your water, your say’ meeting which was held on the 7th November. We wanted to thank everyone for the feedback shared with us at this meeting ahead of finalising our plan for the next five years. You can find a copy of the presentation we gave on our Cambridge website or South Staffs website. A written record of the meeting will be published on our websites within the next 21 working days. We’ll send you an email alerting you to this, with a link to the document. The written record will also provide answers to any questions we received in advance or in the chat function on Zoom, that were not answered during the session. We are really keen to hear your views on our ‘Your water, your say’ meeting. There are two ways you can share these with us: * If you attended the meeting, to help us further improve future online forums we run with customers and stakeholders, please fill out this feedback form. This will take around five minutes. * If you would like to leave your thoughts on our business plan, please complete this survey, which the economic regulator for the water industry, Ofwat, has set-up. The results will go directly to Ofwat, who is currently reviewing the business plans of all water companies before these are finalised towards the end of 2024. Finally, we have been asked why we chose to hold a joint 'Your water, your say' session with both Cambridge Water and South Staffs Water customers and stakeholders instead of two separate sessions. This is a fair question and one we wanted to explain clearly to you. Whilst separate sessions are our standard approach with all our other customer engagement sessions, 'Your Water, your say' has been governed by guidance provided by our regulators which required a joint session. We did challenge this, but were not successful on this occasion. We did want to reassure you that we held a wide range of customer and stakeholder engagement activities over the last three years to inform our plans and for any future sessions we will continue to follow our preferred regional approach to make sure we can focus on the different challenges and issues across our regions. Thank you again for your interest in our ‘Your water, your say’ meeting. Kind regards, Caroline Cooper Strategy and Regulation Director South Staffs Water and Cambridge Water This e-mail has been sent to Doug as someone who registered to attend a Your water, your say session from South Staffs Water or Cambridge Water.
