Alternatively, arrangements can be made via telephone, email, or post.
· Liaising with crematoria, burial authorities, clergy, celebrants, organists,
and other venues to
organise the funeral date and time.
· Composing and placing funeral notices in local and national newspapers,
setting up online
announcements and tribute pages with options to donate to U.K. charities and
churches,
including the addition of Gift Aid to donations if applicable.
· Drafting and arranging memorial service leaflets and funeral stationery with a
local
independent printer, providing proofs before printing.
· Arranging reception venues and/or caterers as requested.
· Ordering, receiving, and handling floral tributes.
· Collecting and administering charitable donations.
· Administering payment of third-party (disbursement) costs on your behalf.
· Coordinating and directing the funeral with the necessary support staff,
equipment, bearers if
required, and providing pre-recorded music and an operator.
